The special thing about this game is that it requires players to guess each letter that appears in the words or phrases rather than having to get the entire word like other variations of the wordle game.

When your guess for a letter is accurate, you can see it fill in the given puzzle. Accuracy counts in Mislettered. Although you can make as many accurate guesses as you want, the objective is to finish the problem in the fewest attempts possible. You have six times to guess incorrectly. But after that, you're in trouble!

How To Play Mislettered Game: A Step-By-Step Guide

While a standard word-guessing game tests players' ability to guess a single word, Mistlettered tests players' ability to solve multiple words or even a lengthy statement. It is not, however, insurmountable.

Are you still confused? Here is an example. Let's say today's topic is a famous person.

Step 1: Start guessing. Press or select the letter you think will appear in the answer. For example, the letter "A." Hit Enter to enter your response.

Step 2: Check if the letter is correct. Suppose it does appear in the answer; you will see a little "V" icon shown in the right box written "Guess Log." The letter will also be on the blank boxes under the topic line.

Step 3: Continue the game. In case you guess wrong, a little "x" icon will appear in the Guess Log, and one try will be removed. So, be careful with your choices. Keep guessing until you solve it all and the game announces you have succeeded. Simple yet challenging, right?

Unlike other word-guessing games, Mislettered does not give players colored suggestions. In this case, how do you know if you're on the right track? It will provide you with the theme of the game beforehand. The theme is listed below the title of the game. It could be phrases or lines from an anime, cartoon, or film.
